Sorry to do this but i order regularly and it’s usually great. I’ve left a lot of 5 star reviews and so I think it right to provide an honest review when it’s not so great. I had to call to chase this order. That phone call itself was 10 minutes long, including 8 minutes on hold. Delays happen, I understand that, but when the pizza eventually did arrive it was almost cold. It also tasted nothing like it usually does. It was so bad it went in the bin. Hopefully a blip, and my next review will be 5 stars

We order most weeks and by far this has been the worst we've had, came Luke warm with soggy chips , pizza box was dripping with grease, the kebab was swimming in grease, and the chicken shawama wrap was the same ,
